Club Meets

On a club team you declare the events you want to swim, then follow your confirmed entries

Last updated 6/17/2026

On a club team you choose the events you want to swim. When your coach opens a meet for declarations, you declare your events, the coach approves them, and then you follow your confirmed entries.

On a high school team? Your coach enters you and your events are read-only — see High School Meets.

When you can declare

You can declare once a meet is Open for Declaration. Until then it shows as Draft, with a note that you can declare your events once the coach opens it.

How to declare

Open the meet and click Declare Your Events. Pick the events you want to swim, and add a seed time for any you have one for. Mark whether you're available for relays, and use the optional Note to Coach for anything they should know — a travel constraint, an injury, a special request. You can reopen and update your declaration any time until the deadline.

After you declare

Your coach reviews each declaration and approves or rejects it. Once the meet is Closed, your confirmed events are final and appear under My Entries on the meet page — with your seed times and, once the coach finishes seeding, your heat and lane. If something needs to change after that, reach out to your coach.
