Club Meets

On a club team you can declare your athlete's events, then follow their confirmed entries

Last updated 6/17/2026

On a club team you can choose the events your athlete will swim. When the coach opens a meet for declarations, you declare, the coach approves, and then you follow their confirmed entries. You use the same declaration form your athlete would.

On a high school team? The coach enters your athlete and entries are read-only — see High School Meets.

When you can declare

You can declare once a meet is Open for Declaration. Before that, the meet shows as Draft and declarations aren't open yet.

How to declare

Open the meet and click Declare Your Events. Choose the events your athlete will swim, adding a seed time for any you have one for, and mark whether they're available for relays. Use the optional Note to Coach for anything they should know — a travel constraint, an injury, a special request. You can update your selections any time until the deadline.

After you declare

The coach reviews and approves declarations. Once the meet is Closed, entries are final and your athlete's confirmed events appear on the meet page, with their seed times and — once the coach finishes seeding — their heat and lane. Contact the coach if something needs to change after the deadline.
