Log in and find your way around

The coach starts your account by emailing you an invitation — there's no sign-up form. Open it and click Accept Invitation, and your account is created and already linked to your athlete, so their schedule and results are there waiting for you.

Logging in is passwordless

There's no password to remember. Enter your email at coachbrighter.com and CoachBrighter emails you a magic link — clicking it signs you in. Google sign-in works too if the coach enabled it. It all works in your phone's browser with no app to install, so you can check results poolside. For exactly what you can and can't see, see How your account links to your athlete.

More than one child on the team

Your account can follow several athletes at once. If a child is missing, ask the coach to link them — linking is done from their side.

If you can't get in

• The magic link isn't arriving — check your spam folder, or use Google sign-in if it's enabled.
• You never got an invitation — contact your athlete's coach; only they can invite you.
